Their tasks include information gathering, influencing and manipulating the faction they're in, sabotaging it, instigating internal conflict, manipulating and potentially siphoning off finances and resources, spreading propaganda and disinformation, coercion and extortion, and (with the help of the Cabal) seek out strategic positions within the other faction.</p>
