The letter appears relatively new, being in almost pristine condition if not for the numerous tear marks. The letter appears to be addressed to Celinia's siblings: <a href="https://wiki.strixhab.net/en/HBW/Eirus/Marcandria/Characters/Nobility/Rosella/Edrian-Navara">Edrian</a> and <a href="https://wiki.strixhab.net/en/HBW/Eirus/Marcandria/Characters/Nobility/Rosella/Peneli-Navara">Peneli Navara</a>.</p>
