Navara about Headmistress Moretti and raid on her study:

Navara: “There's something you should know about the Conciri. We're… not exactly on good terms with the rest of the Meranzeum. Most, if not all of us, have some secret projects that we keep hidden from each other and from the Meranzeum. We're not exactly in the habit of trusting each other. We Conciri spy on each other constantly. There are many instances where people have stolen each others' research; blackmailed one other; anything to gain more arcane power. Even a few mysterious deaths throughout the centuries. We're not exactly an upstanding group."

Navara: "Magister Laran was one of the more upstanding among us. His field of research was important in keeping Marcandria safe. If his claims are true, then things have started to deteriorated, and from what he's written, the Headmistress is both aware of and possibly ignoring his concerns. The Headmistress undoubtedly has a lot of research she's kept hidden from everyone else - all Conciri have. I need to know what she's been up to lately. What she's been researching, what experiments she's been conducting. I need to know whether she's actually been adressing Magister Laran's concerns, if things truly are deteriorating, or if it's kept under control. I want to know if there's anything going on with the Headmistress. Eraclide's not been seen in months. The last few entries point to something horrible having happened to him. That doesn't bode well.”

Navara: “To be clear: I don't want her harmed. I simply need to know what she's been up to. Her role and charge in the Conciri are important - loosing her and it turning out everything was fine would be an insurmountable loss for the Conciri. If you meet her - run. She's the oldest and one of the most skilled arcane practitioners in the Conciri, though she probably wont kill you if you don't attack her.”

Navara: "Right, I propose we go about it like this. The Headmistress' study is the large tower located at her institute's part of the compound.

“This was the last thing I needed right now. Figuring out who the mage was that sought the downfall of my house was enough in itself.”

Stuff inside study. Traps etc:

Wooden owl that will turn its head in an animated fashion when they get in visual range. Will activate traps.

Rugs of smoldering. - While smoldered, will have to do Athletics checks to avoid being pushed 5ft in a random direction, potentially triggering more traps.

Teleportation trap that will teleport them into an impenetrable stasis field in the cellar area - stasis field is luckily damaged due to disrepair.

A lot of glyphs, sigils, pressure plates, etc.

Also place more easily found magical glyph trap right by a more hidden pressure plate, to bait people into inspecting the glyph and inadvertently trigger the pressure plate instead.

First part: “Trap”/Sensor that triggers right before entering first portion of private area. Will trigger an audible message warning that the area is only for the Headmistress and her personally invited guests. Anyone seeking to intrude will be forcefully removed." - There's a spell that does this. Figure out which one it is.

Taking another step will trigger a 2nd trap aimed at incapacitating people. - Sleep? Sleep will probably not do anything, so maybe something that'll actually potentially affect one or more members of the party?
