The records seem to indicate that House Ravanelli and Elena the Grin has an informal agreement, where Elena keeps a leash on the other criminals in Alatri, and make sure they don't do anything stupid that would upset the citizenry, in return for House Ravanelli <i>mostly</i> looking the other way.</li>
