<p>Aside from the larger festivals and celebrations they are employed to organize and lead, the Joybringers also tend to keep a constant stream of smaller self-initiated events going in the settlements. This can be the gathering of musicians for a street performance, an open invitation to come paint with them in one of the settlement's parks, or an open day where everyone can come partake in one of their services for free. The Joybringers will often have a few members practice an artistic skill near their temple, where curious passersby are encouraged to come try it out right there at the spot. The Joybringers also run and sponsor numerous theaters in Marcandria, with it not being uncommon for the ruling nobility to have theatres built for the Joybringers, which they then operate and organize performances made by both themselves and independent troupes.&nbsp;</p>
