<p>The leader of each temple is typically referred to as the Revelmaster or Revelmistress, with the title following whoever is the leader at the time. Both the position of temple leader, and the administrative roles that assist him/her in operating the temple, are also somewhat fluid in nature, though less so than how regular members swap around roles due to the need for proper training and handover of responsibilities for the temple to continue operating smoothly. Still, it is not uncommon for these roles to jump between certain members frequently, as members step down to pursue a passion project, only to come back afterwards when their replacement is similarly looking to take a step back to pursue their own passion project. The position of Revelmaster/Revelmistress thus similarly tends to rotate between a few members at random intervals, with the occasional new individual entering the rotation, or old one retiring from the position for good.</p>
<p>Joybringer temples have three ranks below the Revelmaster/Revelmistress: Novice, Aesthete, and Joybringer. Both becoming a novice, and rising in rank, are rather informal. Spend enough time at the temple, and engage enough with the Joybringers for enough time, and you'll eventually just be considered a novice. Similarly, as you gain seniority and have produced artistic achievements, the other members will eventually start seeing you and referring to you as an Aesthete or Joybringer. When the view of the other temple members eventually conforms to seeing you as a higher ranking member, you simple are one. Rank is therefore loose notion within the Joybringers, entirely dependent on what the consensus among the other members are. Members of all ranks may participate in or even lead the planning and/or running of festivities or other social events, partake in or lead services offered by said temple, or take on administrative or financial duties under the Revelmaster/Revelmistress. All members will engage themselves in artistry and services for which they are passionate about, with who leads each service provided often being up to who is most popular among the clientele.&nbsp;</p>
