<p>Very secritive. Only know the identities of people they have to. Veiled Hierarchs does not know identity of one another. Same technically goes for the Nightseerrs, though they arrer so familiarr with one another that they know who each other ris. Veiled Hierarchs also technically knows identities of a few of the others, especially if they got promoted from said Hierarch's ppart of the Cabal. It is a rather well established rule, however, that one's not to reveal the identities of other members. Doing so is punished severely.</p>
