<p>Mostly cleaned and tidied up for the night, but has a small night-shift crew. A couple of them are washing kitchen appliances, others seem to be slicing and preparing food for storage. A small amount of food seem to also be constantly be prepared ("guards" on floor above sometimes come ask for new provisions, but it's supposed to be for the duchess).</p>
<p>Night-shift are there to do whatever tidying up / cleaning is left before the next day, and are to always keep some food, drink, etc, at the ready in case the noble family wants something during the night. Most of the family is in Vessina at the moment, lobbying for support for Mariana Ravanelli's claim to the Marcandrian throne, but the Housekeeper has insisted they still keep up the practice as to not dull their skills while the family is away.</p>
