This vaguely orange colored liquid seem to have spark in it. This spark seems to be moving randomly, and does not respond in any expected manner when  moving or shaking the potion.

A creature may drink this potion or administer it to a willing creature as an Action. The creature who drinks this potion may immediately re-roll any Saving Throws against effects currently afflicting them.
