The targeting range of your spells and abilities are increased by 15ft. Spells with the targeting range of Touch or Melee get a range of 15ft. This specifically applies to targeting range, and does not alter the areas covered of line or cone abilities. If the spell alters your regular unarmed or weapon attack, then you must still be able to make physical contact for the weapon's portion of the damage to be included.
