At the heart of the Gwyndali Desert is the Worldwound, beneath which is the Undersea.
+Geographically, the Gwyndali should've been a lush forested area. Though, the tampered and unstable magical fabrics around the Worldwound appears to suck most of the moisture out of the air, leaving most of the desert dry year round. Only very hardy plants are able to spread about the desert. A few lusher spots exist here and there, mostly in the form of an oasis, seemingly being able to slip through the the magical tampering at these exact spots.
