+<p>This paper was found “hidden” at the 5th floor of <a href="/HBW/Eirus/Marcandria/Characters/Euphemia_Moretti">Headmistress Moratti</a>'s tower - or rather, the paper seems to have been lost and/or forgotten.</p>
+<p>The message is short, stating the following:</p>
+<p>“The primary test site has been secured and set up. You are to gather all research and finished components and bring them there. Make sure nothing of use is left behind.”</p>
