Note: Deal between Castigian Cabal and Orlog basically that Olrog gave the Pirate Captains on a platter to the Cabal - i.e. a way for the Cabal to easily take them under their sway through a coup.

In return, Olrog was made the richest man on the islands, by far. He's not in a rulership position, though has a lot of sway on the islands due to his wealth,

and also some sway with the captains. Money speaks on the isles after all."

A connection the clandestine has is to a group of privateers (i.e. pirates). This connection is due to one of the players' backstories. These privateers cooperate with a smuggler kingpin named Orlog, who acts as the in-between for communication between the clandestine and the privateer captains. In short, Orlog was about to be ruined by a couple of other smuggler kingpins, and turned to the clandestine to turn his luck around. He convinced the clandestine that they could use the privateer captains to smuggle the goods they need for their plans, with Orlog making sure to keep them in check. Currently, the privateer captains have gotten a bit annoyed by this arrangement, and one of them have decided to go rogue, and no longer partake in the deal (i.e. clandestine elevates them to power, and they transport the clandestine's goods)
