Greendwarden temples tend to be modest, at least in comparison to those of the Joybringers and the Meranzeu, and are typically comparable in size to the surrounding buildings in the settlement. Their extensive gardens tends to be a clear giveaway for identifying a Greenwarden temple, though they can also be identified through embellishments carved or painted on their exterior walls. These embellishments tend to depict plant and crop heavy symbolisms that tend to be quite unique among Marcandrian facades. Rose espaliers are also a common feature for Greenwarden temples.

The temple interior tends to be designed for practicality, featuring areas for both storing raw, intermediate, and finished compounds, as well as areas where they can perform the different alchemical processes necessary to develop said compounds. Areas where they can treat those who come to them for healing are always included, with these areas typically also having areas where patients can rest and the Greenwarden can keep and eye on their condition. Temples will additionally have private quarters for the Greenwarden(s) and their apprentice. Some temples may include rooms and halls meant for religious rituals and ceremonies, though its more common to have areas in their gardens designed for such events instead. The temple interior tends to be beautifully embellished and decorated, featuring plants heavily in their décor, and are meant to give a very peaceful and ethereal impression on those who visit it

The temple gardens are extensive, with sections dedicated to cultivating each of the different plants necessary for making their compounds. These gardens are well tended to. Aside from their function of growing materials, they are also meant to be beautiful, and are meant to give off a feeling of closeness to The Heartmender to those in them. These gardens will include shaded walkways, passageways, sitting areas, arbors, gazebos, featuring both areas meant for private prayer and areas meant to handle larger communal ceremonies. These gardens are, in a way, meant to be look and feel like a small paradise where one can feel truly close to the Heartmender.

It is also not uncommon for the nobility of larger affluent settlements to build a larger temple for the Greenwardens in their settlement, with a large area for their gardens. These are meant to entice more Greenwardens to settle there, so that they may provide more off their services to the inhabitants, and tend to be more extensive landmarks in the cityscape. These larger temples, provided by noble families, are from the nobility's point of view also meant as a status symbol for the settlement and the ruling noble family, with the beautiful extensive garden and increased availability of medicinal services also meant to help keep their subjects happy.
